I was shopping for a used car, and the sales representative (Manuel) was incredibly generous with his time and provided excellent service.
Even though I didn’t complete the purchase with them (the vehicle I was interested in was sold to someone who made an earlier offer), I felt highly respected, and they presented me with several alternative options.
I ended up buying another vehicle elsewhere, but Manuel still followed up with me to make sure I found what I was looking for and congratulated me on my new ride.
